  • 1\/2 cup milk<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups sugar<\/li>\n
  • 4-4.5 cups oatmeal<\/li>\n
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa<\/li>\n

    Heat the first 3 ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. \u00c2\u00a0Bring to a hard boil and boil for one minute. Remove from heat.<\/p>\n
